# Inkline 0.4.11 preview

Connect a goTenna Mesh radio through a powered USB hub, then choose Settings → USB → goTenna → Connect. The Python utility is required. Inkline, Goblin Modem for Mac, and Goblin Modem for Linux now share a public IPv6 mesh with compact packets and automatic discovery. Update all participants to this format.

Run `gotenna-peers` to list discovered names, IPv6/IPv4 addresses, hops and incoming-IP or outgoing-only roles. Listing reads current controller state without connecting or sending probes. The tablet is an outgoing-only userspace client. The terminal's SOCKS5 proxy supports TCP and UDP and resolves `.mesh` names.

The modem UI includes Off / On / Auto, an editable dial number defaulting to #777, a 0–5 minute disconnect slider, connection state and optional Wi-Fi proxy sharing. Auto keeps a call while any connection remains open. Settings screens use consistent Main / Shortcuts / USB / Wi-Fi / Done navigation.

The installer preserves existing SSH configuration while adding proxy support and disabling connection multiplexing. Post-quantum SSH key exchange stays enabled. Book sync and system updates retain normal networking; terminal applications can use the proxy. No kernel changes are required.

Validation: 22 Inkline host checks passed; 959 bundled checksums verified. Matching Inkline source and complete dependency sources are included. Earlier two-radio checks passed IPv6 SSH transport and UDP through the tablet proxy. Authenticated SSH/Skiff and USB stability still depend on hardware and remote-account setup; this publication did not repeat the physical radio tests.
